Jacking operation on pre-war villa
Bresser successfully re-leveled a characteristic pre-war villa dating from 1936 in Brunssum, Limburg. Over the years, the 370-ton building had subsided by approximately 23 centimetres, making extensive foundation works necessary.
To secure the future of the villa, the building was first provided with a new foundation. Bresser then carefully releveled the property using hydraulic jacking techniques. Thanks to this jacking operation, the villa is once again level and ready for many years of continued use.
