Corporate governance
Bresser strives for a precise and cost-effective execution of her work. In addition to these quality goals, Bresser makes decisions from a social, ecological and economic point of view. This leads to a reliable organisation with a healthy work environment and satisfied customers. Bresser subscribes to the OECD guidelines and strives to ensure that Bresser and its partners comply with these guidelines.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Bresser attaches great importance to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and is actively committed to initiatives that contribute to a sustainable society. We support both existing and new social projects and knowledge institutions that overlap with our field.
In addition, we continuously invest in the development of young talent in the Netherlands. We do this by giving guest lectures, offering traineeships and work experience placements, organising project visits and contributing to training courses.

Safety, health and well-being of our employees and third parties
One of the core objectives within our policy is to ensure the safety, health and welfare of our employees and third parties while carrying out our work. This concern is essential for the individual, for society and for our company.
The quality of our work is inextricably linked to the quality of working conditions. Therefore, we are actively committed to preventing personal injury, material damage and environmental damage. One way we do this is by carrying out risk inventories and evaluations in the field of safety, health and welfare (HSE). We also adapt our HSE policy when new insights or developments in the fields of technology, health care or environmental science demand it.
Essential elements such as instruction, consultation and supervision have priority in our operations. Effective management and close cooperation between managers and employees are indispensable to prevent accidents and environmental incidents.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
In order to realise our business objectives, Bresser operates an integral QHSE-system covering all business activities. QHSE stands for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, and is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle. Through the QHSE system we provide a final product that meets the specifications and contractual obligations. It is the intention that all employees actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our business policy. We do this by sharing plans, findings and improvement actions and working them out together. In this way, the QHSE system remains a living part of our organisation, aimed at structural growth and quality.
