Refoundation and releveling characteristic dike house
In Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Bresser successfully refounded and releveled a characteristic dike house. Due to foundation problems, the property had subsided, requiring extensive restoration work.
A new foundation was first installed using vibration-free driven foundation piles. Bresser then carefully jacked and re-leveled the house by approximately 40 centimetres. Thanks to this approach, the building is once again stable and level.
Following the foundation repair works, the renovation of the characteristic property can begin, ensuring that it will remain in use for many years to come.
